BETA AGREEMENT

As a beta tester, you will have access to pre-release features, designs, code, and concepts that are strictly confidential ("Confidential Information"). You agree that you will not:

• Disclose, discuss, or share any Confidential Information with anyone outside the AnonX closed beta program.
• Take screenshots, screen recordings, or photographs of the beta platform.
• Post about the beta software on social media, blogs, or any public forum.
• Use the Confidential Information for any purpose other than testing the AnonX platform and providing feedback.

Your obligation to maintain confidentiality will remain in effect until AnonX publicly releases the features you are testing.

You acknowledge that the beta software is a pre-release version. It may contain bugs, errors, and other problems that could cause system failures, crashes, or data loss.

We strongly recommend that you do not use the beta software in a production environment or rely on it for critical communications. AnonX is not responsible for any data loss, device corruption, or other damages arising from your use of the beta software.

We value your feedback! As part of the beta program, you may provide suggestions, bug reports, feature requests, or other input ("Feedback"). By submitting Feedback, you agree that:

• AnonX exclusively owns all rights, title, and interest in and to the Feedback.
• AnonX may use, modify, implement, or ignore the Feedback entirely at its own discretion.
• You are not entitled to any compensation, royalties, equity, or attribution for providing the Feedback.

Because this is a beta version designed to uncover bugs, the software may collect more diagnostic data, crash logs, and telemetry than our production app. This may include your device information, IP address, performance metrics, and interaction logs.

By participating, you consent to the collection of this diagnostic data. All data collected during the beta will be subject to our standard Privacy Policy, but may be stored in separate testing environments.

AnonX reserves the right to terminate your access to the closed beta program at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. Upon termination, you must immediately cease using the beta software and delete any copies in your possession. Your confidentiality obligations will survive termination.

By proceeding to use the AnonX Beta platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Closed Beta Testing Agreement, as well as our standard Terms of Service.
